We currently offer the ability to upload PDF, PNG & JPG. If your file/form is currently in another document format please convert it to PDF before uploading. We suggest https://www.ilovepdf.com/ for merging, splitting, and converting to PDF but other options will do.
We are creating our own solution in the app for this! (Coming Fall 2024) Until then, we suggest https://www.ilovepdf.com/ for merging, splitting, and converting to PDF.

Since there is a free trial, we will not be providing refunds after the end of the trial period. (Our only exception to this rule is if you subscribed from one of our partner programs.)

Beta features are new features in software that are almost complete but still being developed. They are made available to a group of users, known as early adopters, through a public or private program to test under real-world conditions.
We consider any form over 20 Pages to be a Large Document on our system.
If your document is larger than 30 pages, we highly suggest splitting it into two separate forms.
While the upload will likely work, documents of this size might require longer load times. It can also be difficult for users to complete..
Our MAX single file size is 10 MB. (We plan to increase this further soon)
Auto Map & Magic Map are Beta Features that we are still working on. If for any reason you have difficulty mapping please feel free to contact support.
***Known Issues***
1. If the Auto map (Map all pages) is taking a long time to complete a large document size use the Magic map page feature to map only the pages that have forms.
You can also Split Large Documents.
2. There is currently an issue with mapping checkboxes so this item has been disabled as part of mapping but should be resolved shortly.
Yes! With our new payment system, you are able to make payments through Stripe and charge for things such as deposits or payments for a service. If a payment fails, you will be notified on the dashboard.
Yes, completed forms are sent directly to your confirmed email account and you can always view responses on the dashboard.
You may add additional receivers during the form creation period that do not have direct access to your account.
AI Forms allow users to quickly Generate Fillable Forms in seconds by simply writing what kind of form you need.

This Beta is a feature that we hope to expand greatly… catering to any industry of level of detail.
Currently, our limit is 5 form generations / daily. We are in the process of adding an option to more and will continue to evaluate the users needs to ensure this is adequate.
