Upload and review
Upload your PDF and use automatic mapping as a starting point. Mapping can miss a field or choose a field type you want to change. Review every page, especially scanned documents and dense enrollment packets.
Bring a familiar document online without starting from a blank page. Add response fields where they belong, then review the result before sharing.

Use an email field for an email address, a phone field for a phone number, and a date field for a date. Use radio buttons for a single choice and multiple checkboxes when more than one answer is allowed.
Resize and reposition fields so answers fit the document. Check short names, long answers, checkbox marks, signatures, and page boundaries with a sample before publishing.
For PDF forms, use the completed-PDF option to return answers to the document layout. Review the output for your specific document; a long answer still needs enough space in its field.
Start with a clear question, review the result, and share when you are ready.
