How to publish and embed an EasyFill.ai form

A form must be saved and published before you share it for submissions. Use the current link or embed code from the form’s sharing controls, and test the result on the website where clients will open it.

Review before publishing

Check the questions, required fields, signature roles and submission information. For PDF documents, review all pages and try long answers. Complete a sample with fictional data and inspect the response.

Save, then publish

Save your reviewed changes and use Publish. Confirm the form shows its published status. Saving a draft and publishing a form are separate steps.

Choose a link or an embedded form

A direct link opens the form on its own page and is useful for a website button or a message. An embed displays it inside a page on your website. Copy the generated code from EasyFill’s sharing controls so it points to the correct form.

Configure website access for an embed

Review the allowed website settings when using an embed. Add the website you intend to use and test its actual address, including any www variation. Keep private form links and access codes limited to their intended recipients.

Fit the form to your page

Give an embedded form enough width on desktop and enough height on mobile. Use the transparent outer-background option when you want the surrounding website color to show through. Check that the form fields and submission button remain readable.

Test the visitor experience

Open the page outside the editor. Test it on a phone and in a signed-out browser. Confirm the correct form loads, a sample can be submitted, and the confirmation or configured redirect works. Review the saved response before directing real clients to it.
